Chief Financial Officer
Robert Loving is the League's Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Joining the IFL in 2009, Loving brings a wealth of knowledge to the IFL having served as IFL Commissioner during the 2012 and 2013 seasons. Loving is a graduate of J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College, the Administrative Officers Management Program at North Carolina State University, and the Professional Executive Leadership School at the University of Richmond. Loving retired from the Henrico County, VA Police Department where he served 28 years, including various supervisory and command positions. Loving and his wife Linda have two sons, a daughter, and four grandchildren.
Director of Officiating
Tom Falcinelli is entering his eighth season as Director of Officiating. Tom brings over 30 years of on-field officiating experience to the IFL, having officiated in the NCAA, arena, and the National Football League. Tom retired in 2015, after 30 years with the Montgomery County, MD police department. He is in his 34th year as an attorney at Bay and Falcinelli, with a practice emphasis in Workers' Compensation for police officers. He lives in Maryland.
